Paris Gyparakis
Paris Gyparakis initiates legal and financial due diligence on select companies, including coordinating with outside research firms to provide business related updates, intellectual property attorneys, and potential industry related acquisition opportunities for portfolio companies.
Prior to GreenHills Ventures, Gyparakis worked at Winston & Winston, PC., specializing in a variety of complex commercial, bankruptcy, and litigation matters, as well as Kantor Davidoff P.C., in the corporate and transactional department. Mr. Gyparakis currently serves as the Senior Research Editor to the Journal of International Business and Law, and has written mainly in the areas of international economics and finance.
Gyparakis graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University where he studied Classical Literature and Psychology, and was a post-baccalaureate scholar at the University of Athens School of Philosophy. Currently, Mr. Gyparakis serves as the Monica Gollub Endowed Academic Scholar for the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
